Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in patient care and client education, with the chance to learn new skills every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- 🐾 Safely handling and restraining animals during exams and procedures
- 🩺 Monitoring animal behavior and reporting changes to veterinarians
- 🧼 Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the hospital
- 💉 Assisting with vaccinations, medications, and surgical procedures under supervision
- 📞 Helping clients with phone inquiries and appointment scheduling
- 📋 Keeping accurate patient records and assisting with treatment plans
- 🦷 Learning advanced skills, including radiology, lab work, and dental care
